1. Acceptance of Terms

between Techmate Technologies, a software services and IT solutions outsourcing firm
based in Texas, USA, (“Techmate Technologies,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and the client or
user (“you” or “your”). By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1.2. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our services
2. Services
2.1. Techmate Technologies provides a range of skilled services, including but not limited to website
development, mobile app development, artificial intelligence, CRM systems,ERP solutions, AWS services, and
E-commerce solutions.
2.2. The specifics of the services to be provided, including scope, schedule, and pricing, will be outlined
in a separate agreement, statement of work (SOW), or proposal
document (the “Agreement”).
3. Payment and Invoicing
3.1. Payment terms, including the total cost, payment schedule, and any additional fees,
will be specified in the Agreement.
3.2. Payments are due as per the agreed schedule. Late payments may incur interest
charges. Failure to make payments may result in the suspension of services.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1. All intellectual property, including but not limited to code, designs, and materials
developed during the project, will be owned by Techmate Technologies unless explicitly
stated otherwise in the Agreement.
5. Confidentiality
5.1. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public information shared
during the project, including trade secrets and proprietary information.
6. Refund
6.1. Dissatisfaction with Services: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our services
or believe that the services provided do not meet the agreed-upon specifications, you
may be eligible for a refund.
6.2. Non-Delivery: If Techmate Technologies fails to deliver the agreed-upon services
within the specified time frame, you may be eligible for a refund.
7. Refund Process
7.1. To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at [contact
email/phone number] within [number of days, e.g., 30 days] of receiving the service.
7.2. You will be required to provide a detailed explanation of the reasons for the refund
request, including any evidence or documentation that supports your claim.
7.3. Techmate Technologies will review your refund request within [number of days, e.g.,
10 business days] and notify you of our decision.
8. Refund Approval
8.1. If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within [number of

8.2. The refund will be issued through the same payment method used for the initial
transaction unless otherwise agreed upon.
9. Refund Rejection
9.1. Techmate Technologies reserves the right to reject refund requests if we find that the
services were delivered as agreed upon and meet the specified quality standards.
10. Amendments
Techmate Technologies reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time. Any
changes to this policy will be posted on our website, and the revised policy will apply to
all refund requests made after the effective date of the policy change.
11. Warranty and Support
11.1. Techmate Technologies provides a warranty for the services delivered, the terms of
which are specified in the Agreement.
11.2. Post-service support and maintenance can be provided as agreed upon in the
Agreement.
12. Limitation of Liability
12.1. Techmate Technologies’ liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are
not responsible for any indirect, special, or consequential damages.
13. Termination
13.1. Either party may terminate the Agreement under the terms specified in the
Agreement.
14. Amendments
14.1. Techmate Technologies reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
Amendments will be posted on our website and apply to new projects after the effective
date.
15. Governing Law
15.1. These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the
state of Texas, USA.
16. Entire Agreement
16.1. These Terms, together with the Agreement, constitute the entire agreement
between you and Techmate Technologies, superseding any prior agreements or
understandings.
By using Techmate Technologies’ services, you acknowledge that you have read,
understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
